Who we are
Phantm, Inc. ("Phantm", "we", "us") is a Delaware corporation. We provide an API gateway that optimizes requests to AI model providers (the "Service"). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit getphantm.ai, use a Phantm account or otherwise interact with us.
Our customers send prompts, responses and other content through the Service ("Customer Content"). We process Customer Content on our customers' behalf, under our agreements with them, and this policy does not apply to it. If you are an end user of one of our customers' products, please contact that customer about your information.
Information we collect
Information you give us:
- account details, such as your email address and role;
- company and billing details, such as legal name, billing email and billing address. Payment card details are collected and held by our payment processor, and we do not receive full card numbers;
- what you send us through our website forms or by email, such as your name, email address and message, or the details in a job application;
- text you enter in the demo on our website.
Information collected automatically: technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, sign-in times, actions taken in your account, and how the Service is used (for example the models requested, token counts and costs).
Information from third parties: payment status from our payment processor.
How we use information
- to provide, operate and bill for the Service;
- to communicate with you and provide support;
- to keep the Service secure and to prevent abuse;
- to maintain and improve the Service;
- to comply with law and enforce our agreements.
How we share information
We share personal information with:
- service providers that work for us, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, error monitoring, website hosting, form delivery and scheduling providers;
- AI model providers, to process requests sent through the Service and our website demo;
- professional advisers, authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Phantm or others;
- a buyer or successor, as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Third-party tools on our website, such as our demo scheduling tool, may set their own cookies and may collect information about your online activity over time and across websites. Our website does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including to provide the Service, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We then delete or anonymize it. Backup copies are deleted on a rolling schedule.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International transfers
Phantm is based in the United States, and we process information there. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email support@getphantm.ai. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal information to perform our contract with you or your organization, for our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Service, to comply with legal obligations, and where you have given consent. You may complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and give any further notice required by law.
