Self-serve is Collaborative: Phantm keeps prompts and responses for up to 90 days to run the service and improve its routing, and never sells them or uses them to train third-party or foundation models. Fees are in US dollars and exclude taxes. See our Privacy Policy.
For each request, Phantm compares what it would have cost on the model you asked for with what the request it sent actually cost, at your provider's published prices. Where the response length on the model you asked for can't be observed, it is estimated. A request where Phantm's choice cost more counts against your savings, and every figure traces to a request you can export from your monthly statement.
Yes. Your provider bills model usage to your own account, as it does today. On Self-serve, Phantm's only charge is the monthly Savings fee.
Add a card and nothing changes: billing starts at 20% of Verified Savings. Without a card, requests go to your provider exactly as sent for 7 more days, with no optimization and no fee, and are then blocked until you add one.
